Every suite starts with a conversation.
Most of the couples who work with Paper Mill Studio come in with a feeling — a color they keep returning to, a texture they noticed on a restaurant menu, a vague sense of wanting something that feels real rather than printed. That is enough to start.
The process here is not a form you fill out and wait on. It is a back-and-forth. We look at your venue, your colors, your handwriting if you want it on the envelope. We talk about paper weight and ink and whether you care about postage. Then we build something that is yours.
How it works
Step 1 — Choose a starting point. Browse the invitation suites in the shop. Each one shows a finished suite with real materials and real printing. If something catches your eye, add it to your cart. That is not a final purchase — it is the beginning of the conversation.
Step 2 — We reach out. Within one to two business days, Erin will follow up directly to gather your details: names, date, venue, any wording you already have. From there, a proof gets built.
Step 3 — Review and refine. You will see your suite before anything goes to print. Two rounds of revisions are included. Most couples need one.
Step 4 — Production and delivery. Once the proof is approved, production begins. Standard turnaround is three to four weeks. Rush timelines can sometimes be accommodated — ask.
What can be customized
All text is personalized to your order. Names, date, venue, RSVP details, dress code, accommodation information — whatever your suite requires. Paper stock, printing method, and envelope options vary by suite and are outlined on each product page.

Pricing
Each suite has a base price listed in the shop. That price reflects a standard quantity and configuration. Final pricing depends on quantity, add-ons, and any specialty finishes. Erin will confirm the total before anything moves to production.
Mailing service
Paper Mill Studio can address and mail your invitations directly to your guest list. This is a separate service, priced per piece, and quoted individually based on quantity and destination. If you are interested, mention it when we reach out after your order.
