Step 01

Initial Consultation

We start with a complimentary 45-minute call to get to know you, your wedding vision, and the style of stationery that will bring it to life. This is where we talk through paper options, printing techniques, quantities, and timeline. You leave the call with a clear picture of what your suite will look and feel like — and exactly what it will cost. No surprises.

Step 02

Proposal & Booking

Within a few days of your consultation, you will receive a detailed proposal outlining your selected suite, add-ons, and investment. Once you are ready to move forward, a signed agreement and deposit secures your spot on our design calendar. Our calendar fills quickly, so we recommend booking as early as possible.

Step 03

Custom Design

This is where Erin gets to work. Using your wedding details, color palette, and vision, she creates a suite that is entirely bespoke to you. Every element, typography, layout, illustration, and wording, is crafted with intention. You will receive your first design proof within the agreed timeline, ready for your review.

Step 04

Review and Approve Your Proof

Your proof is delivered through our secure online proofing portal. You can review every detail, request revisions, and leave comments, all in one place. We work through revisions until every word, name, and line is exactly right. Your approval is required before anything goes to print. Nothing moves forward without your sign-off.

Step 05

Print and Production

Once approved, your files are sent to our trusted print partners who specialize in luxury wedding stationery. Whether your suite is foil-stamped, letterpress-pressed, or embossed on thick cotton cardstock, every piece is produced to the highest standard. Production typically takes two to three weeks depending on the printing method.

Step 06

Delivery

Your finished suite ships directly to your door, carefully packaged and ready to address and send. If you have added envelope addressing to your order, your envelopes arrive addressed and ready to go. From first conversation to final delivery, our goal is a seamless experience that feels as beautiful as the stationery itself.
