Do you ship outside of Ohio?
Yes. We now ship anywhere in the United States. For 45 years we served Northeast Ohio exclusively. We are glad to finally bring our work to couples and clients across the country.
How far in advance should I order my wedding invitations?
We recommend reaching out at least four to six months before you need invitations in hand. A full custom suite typically takes six to twelve weeks from consultation to delivery. If your timeline is tighter, contact us anyway — we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Can I see samples before I commit?
Yes. We offer paper and printing samples so you can feel the difference before you decide. We have been doing this long enough to know that paper is not something you can fully judge on a screen.
Do you do rush orders?
Sometimes. It depends on what you need and what we have in production. Reach out and tell us your deadline. We will not take a rush order we cannot deliver well.
What if I do not know what I want?
That is completely fine. We have worked with brides who arrived with six years of saved Pinterest images and no idea how to make them work together. We have worked with business owners who just knew they wanted something different. The consultation is exactly for this. Bring what you have and we will help you find the direction.
Do you work with wedding planners?

What kinds of gifts do you carry?
Our gift selection is curated for people who want to give something that was thought about. We carry items well-suited for weddings, celebrations, and any occasion where a generic gift basket will not do. The full product collection is available online and in our Akron studio.
Can you do business stationery and client gifts?
Yes. We work with local businesses on branded cards, custom notes, client appreciation mailings, and more. If you want to send forty clients something that does not look like what everyone else sent them, we would love to talk.
What is your return policy?
Because almost everything we make is custom, we are not able to accept returns on custom orders. We take great care with our proofing process to make sure you are completely happy before we go to print. For non-custom items, please see our Shipping and Returns page for details.
Where are you located?
2301 West Market Street, Pilgrim Square, Akron, Ohio. Walk-ins are welcome. If you have a larger project, we recommend scheduling a consultation so we can give you our full attention.
