Shipping
We ship to all 50 states. Every order is packaged with the same care we put into making it — because getting it there in perfect condition is part of the job.
Processing Time: In-stock items typically ship within 2 to 4 business days. Custom orders ship once production is complete. Your timeline will be confirmed at consultation.
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on order size and destination. For fragile or specialty items, we select the shipping method that best protects your order.

Custom Orders
Custom orders are designed, proofed, and approved by you before we go to print. Because every custom piece is made specifically for you, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on custom orders once production has begun.
If there is a production error on our end — a misprint, a defect, or something that does not match your approved proof — we will make it right. Full stop.
Non-Custom Items
For non-custom items purchased from our online store, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. To initiate a return, email us at hello@papermillstudio.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and the item and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve it quickly.
Local Pickup
If you are in the Akron area, you are welcome to pick up your order at the studio. Just let us know at checkout or in your order notes and we will have it ready for you.
